Gallinger filter adapter & retaining ring 32mm clamp-on style holds 32mm glass
You are bidding on one unusual Gallinger clamp-on style filter adapter ring& retaining ring as pictured. The adapter ring is marked"GALLINGER MADE IN USA" in unusually large lettering. I can't tell you anything about Gallinger. The adapter ring is a clamp-on style. With the little setscrew as shown, and inside diameter of the adapter end with the clamp retracted is about 32.1mm. That would be the largest size it would fit over. The retaining ring is threaded. And screws into the adapter with threads that have an outside diameter of about 32.3mm as measured with calipers. The filter or glass size can't be any larger than about 32.1mm, and would fall through the adapter if any smaller than about 31mm. The retaining ring has two tiny notches for a spanner wrench.
