In the one set of pictures you can see ... morethe power light is on, the internal light is one, the scope had the green dot on it, and the tubes were lit up.then the fuse blew on the back(I left the fuse in the back for the winning bidder to make it easy to match a new one) I have no idea how to oporate so maybe I did something wrong or the radio tubes need replaced or something. The manual is available online for free and it says if the fuse blows it is either: Shorted AC line on the primary side, defective rectifier tubes, defective filter capacitor, or short in filament connection, should be a somewhat easy fix for someone who nows how to do it. I did put in a second fuse and it stayed on longer, but blew again. As you can see from the pictures of the inside, it is nice and clean and all wires appear to be in tact.can't see any reason for it to not work with a little tlc. All the knobs look great, no cracks or anything that I can see and they all appear to move properly. The screen has no cracks and very minimal wear. The metal ring around the screen is a bit worn as you can see in the photo but honestly comes off pretty easy, a little spray paint and it would look brand new. I have no idea how to hook something up

For your consideration is one vintage EICO 435 Oscilloscope. I turned it on and the power light. Screen background light, tubes, and CRT all lit up. The EICO 425 is a vertically oriented bench unit in gray steel case. It consists of push-pull amplification stages for both Horizontal& Vertical deflection, and a 5" Electrostatic Cathode Ray Tube(CRT) The unit comes complete with its original pair of(black& white) cables with banana plugs on one end, and alligator clips on the other. Up for auction is a lot of 7 pieces of Vintage Electrical Testing equipment. I've plugged most in and they do power on. But no further testing has been done on these, so I don't know if they are in full working condition. I tried to get picture of each with the power lights on. Vintage Eico Oscilloscope DC Wide Band Model 460 Ham Radio Test Equipment
Here is a vintage Eico 460 oscilloscope in working condition. As you can see in the photos. It powers up and displays waveforms; I can't speak to its calibration and have not tested it with any external signals. The case is solid, but the faceplate has some stains where it appears adhesive was removed.
