Very good working Phillips oscilloscope. Includes the 3 probes shown in pictures, Which are stored in the cover. Also comes with Instruction/service manual with parts list and electric schematics. In one of the pictures I have turned the intensity of the scope up to show there are no problems with the screen brightness. PHILIPS PM 3231 OSCILLOSCOPE 0-15MHz The unit was powered on and verified the display works. And all knobs& switches seem to be working also. I do not have knowledge in using oscilloscopes so I was not able to test the unit in great detail. Because I do not have the proper knowledge to fully test the device, it is being sold as a"parts not working" The person I received the unit from stated the device was in working condition, however, because I do not have the knowledge to test it properly I am selling it as a collectors item/ parts not working" Cosmetically everything is in pretty good condition. One knob has a small chip in the plastic. But its not major and I guess thats expected for a device thats 40+ years old. see picture) All the knobs seem to be working. The display works(no burnt out bulbs) There are no major ... morescratches broken parts, very well taken care of. I do have a.pdf copy of the manual.
