This auction is for a used Tektronix TDS 820 Two Channel Digitizing Oscilloscope. The unit is in nice physical shape with just some blemishes here and there. Unit powers up and occasionally will show'Fail ++Acquisition' after its self-test. Most of the time it passes its self-tests and goes right to the measurement screen. We opened the unit up and measured all power supply test points and we did not see any ripple that would indicate a failing component. The unit was pretty clean on the inside(see last 2 pics) Its last calibration was on 7/19/11. And we were the ones who removed the seals looking for the cause of the Fail++Acquisition. We do not have the style of probe required to test this unit any further. The S/N is B030347. Only what is listed above and/or shown in the pictures below are included in this auction. Item weighs about 27 pounds. For more detailed information we have provided this link to the website. Used condition. We have no way of testing completely.
