LaCroy LA303 Oscilloscope Powers up no problem. All 3 traces work. You can see in the picture the function generator is at 1000hz and the oscilloscope test square wave is at 1000hz also. Seems to be very close. I cannot tell if it needs calibrations. Lets just assume it needs calibrated! Notice from the picture the delta time base traces are slightly curved. Just look closely. They still measure accurate as the eyes can see. SO KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. The delta time base measurement tool can be adjusted with a trim pot internally. Guaranteed not DOA! Or money back. I am offering you a tested good Tek p/n 155-0238-00 Channels 3&4 Preamp IC that Tek used in 2445. 2465, 2445A, 2465A, 2445B, and 2465B scopes. It was also used as Triggering channels preamp in 2430, 2430A, 2432, 2432A, 2440 DSOs. Tek would have charged at least $200 for one of these. Since I have multiple quantity of these, date codes on those you'll get may differ from photo. While this IC is not very failure prone, it is possible to wipe it out with front end overload, and a typical failure symptom for this IC is inability to center CH3 or CH4 traces. Leader 3 Channel 60MHz Oscilloscope 8060
This Leader oscilloscope in very nice and clean cosmetic condition. The only cosmetic flaw is that the BNC connector for Channel 1 Input is a bit out of round and it takes some manipulation to get a BNC connector on. Note that there are 3 unbroken calibration seals and I did not want to break a seal in order to replace the BNC connector. That can be easily done by the buyer. Although it is not really necessary. Functionally. It checks out accurately for the range of frequencies that was input to it. The display is sharp and there is no burn-in on the screen. The display shows an input to the three channels Note that I checked this out to the best of my ability as I do not have a manual. Everything checked out fine. 2465A was Tek's high end portable scope from 1986 to 1988. This specimen. Serial B011271 has only seen 469 hours of use. It cost $7000 new with its TV Sync option 5, but you can now get it for a tiny fraction, working as well as new. 2465A was successor to best selling 2465 and predecessor to 2465B. 2465A added: keeping track of hours on, auto-scaling(idiotproof button) and front panel knob setting(setups) memory. This scope lost its screentop logo label, but still has its handle label. These labels are no longer available from Tek, so I can't add it. Even though scope was kept very clean inside by lack of use, outside of scope was exposed over last 28 years to the environment, and does not look as pristine as insides.
