NO NOTEPAD INCLUDED One minor flaw to mention on this item. One of the teeth on the zipper is defective. See the last two pictures. It still works fine and lock together as long as it's pulled up slower. Pulling it too fast will not line up and will not lock properly. Best way to avoid this minor problem is to zip the 2 zipper locks together at the point where the defect is. This way that tooth never has to lock together with its other side.
