This is a partial spool of.046" diameter stainless steel wire in good condition. The spool with wire weighs 21 pounds. I would estimate the spool itself to weigh approximately 1 to 2 pounds without the wire. The overall diameter of the spool is 11 3/4 inches. The hole in the center of the spool is 2 1/16 inches. The overall width is about 4 inches. There is absolutely NO rust or corrosion on this wire. I have used this wire for tig welding and it works great. I have used this welder for years. It has been a very good welder. It comes with a nearly new gun and cable. I think it is a 16 foot. I am selling it because one day while welding it just stopped feeding wire. I checked it's breakers and all good. Real easy to find, just 1/4 mile west of I-75 at the Corunna rd. exit which is just 2 exits north of I-69 I have a very nice Miller Side Kick mig welder up for auction. This would weld 3/16 really good but mainly used for auto body patch panels. Sheet metal. If the metal is clean and maybe a V-butt weld would work good on 1/4 inch or welded from both sides. I've used it for exhaust work too and it's nice for that as well. It has the argon tank with it and is at 1000 lbs still and a partial roll of wire. It will handle the 11 inch diameter spools of wire. 023 wire is the best so far for this one. Perfect for the hobbyist at home with only 110 volts available. Snap-On Blue-Point Blue Point Mig Wire Feed Welder With Upgrades Welds Great!
We have here my Snap-On Blue-Point MB120A Mig welder. It is a 120 amp 110 volt wire feed welder. This welder welds excellent. It has had some upgrades that improved it from it's original design. The welding gun has been upgraded to a Tweco style. So it's easier to get parts for and I added a stress relief to keep it from kinking. The drive assembly has been upgraded to a more heavy duty one like what is found in the higher dollar Snap-On welders. The cooling fan is a heavy duty fan which keeps it cooler and has improved the duty cycle on the welder. If you have any questions, please contact me.
