Bortech 306P automatic bore welding system. This unit has been recently rebuilt by Bortech and has little or no hours on it since. All liners have been replaced in nozzles and extensions. All control cables are brand new except the Lincoln power source cable and it is in very good condition. I have a Miller and Lincoln power source cable and buyer will have choice of 1 for which ever is needed to hook up to their power source. The nozzles range in size from the#00- 5 which will weld holes from 1 inch through 13 inches. Wire feeder is a shop style and is set up for.035 solid wire. Roll of wire shown on feeder is not part of the sale and is for illustration only. Extensions include a 3' 6' 12' 18' A 5' radial mount is also included. Included also is a small box of needed consumables and 10 ft. of liner. The adjustable base ... moreis not original equipment but appears to be copied off of a Bortech base, I used it to set up the welder to test it and works like my original equipment base. I have a short video of the welder running on a test piece that can be emailed to you for your inspection. I have many pictures and parts to this machine if you need to see something not shown email me and I will send you the pictures of it if its included. I think the only things not shown are the 5' radial mount, 3 wrench set for set-up, small set of Allen wrenches and 10 ft. of liner. What you get is what you see in the pictures for the most part. Welder runs flawlessly and a test piece will be supplied with welder that was ran the day pictures were taken on 6-16-14. Training can also be arranged if you have little or no experience running a bore welder, by an outside source at buyers expense. All books will be included as well as copy of receipt for the rebuild of this machine. this came with some surplus stuff I bought and I have no way of testing it other then to tell you it powers up and makes 3 even beeps when it starts up when powered the red ligh comes on and the arc volt meter bumps up like 1v it sits unpowered at 1v and when powered up it hits 2v
