Hobart Handler MIG welder model 6869 similar to a Hobart 140 mig welder
This is an older Hobart Handler 6969 that has been in operation for about 15-20 years. It is currently in non-working order. It recently started giving me problems and was not feeding wire at all. I had a friend troubleshoot and we found that two of the diodes were bad. I replaced the two diodes and the welder worked for another 3 sessions of welding when it stopped feeding wire once again. Rather than continue to try and repair this welder I decided to buy a new one. They don’t make welders like this any longer and this unit has done more that its share of work. This could have some life left in it but I just don’t have the time to continue to invest in this welder. I would prefer a pickup only but will ship this for $68 if you are the winning bidder. I plugged this into my lincoln and hit the trigger and it turned on welder. So Im selling it as a good used mig gun. This is as much as I can test it. Hobart Beta Mig LF Welder and Spool Gun
This welder is in good working order and you can weld with it before you purchase it. It is all wired up. It is currently all set up for aluminum but it can also weld stainless or mild steel. The Spool gun is a 250 amp gun and has been recently rebuilt. For sale is the Hobart welder, ground cable and clamp, extra long spool gun cables and heavy duty spool gun with extra tips and supplies. This is a 220 volt single phase machine. It has a TON of power and can do the most heavy aluminum welding jobs. I have never had to raised the heat setting to over 4 on it's dial. Argon bottle and regulator are not included. I will palletize the welder for shipping at no cost but all truck freight costs are the buyers responsibility.

I have used this welder for years. It has been a very good welder. It comes with a nearly new gun and cable. I think it is a 16 foot. I am selling it because one day while welding it just stopped feeding wire. I checked it's breakers and all good. I don't think it would take much to make it work again, but I DO NOT know that for a fact. It powers up and sounds like it works it just does not feed wire. The ground cord is 10' long and the work handle cord is 11' long. There is a lot of.035 wire left on the reel. There is a spot on the work handle cord that has been wrapped with black electrical tape. I removed the tape to see what it was covering and I saw a small burn spot in the rubber coating of the cord about the size of a dime and rewrapped it.
