From a local farm estate. On the block is this LINCOLN item. I dont know much about welders, and correct me if I am wrong, But from research I assume this item is to be used in conjunction with an existing arc welder and flux core wire so you dont need an inert gas tank. It is complete as you see it, and it has seen some use judging from the spatter on the side with the gauges, but it is obvious it has been sitting for some time and could use a good cleaning, at least. On the plus side it looks as if it was not exposed to the elements, and sat in a garage. There is half a spool of wire left inside. Selling it as is as I have no way to test it. For auction is this Miller Millermatic 250 MIG Welder.Input is 200/230/460 Single Phase and output is 200 amps rated 60%duty cycle. Included is a Miller M25 15 foot gun. Ground, Gas Regulator/Flowmeter, hose and a Miller 30A Spoolmatic Gun with a 25 foot extension. The machine has been painted because it had some overspray and scratches in the paint. It looks very good. M25 gun has new liner, tip and nozzle. The 30 A Spool Gun has a new wire canister, tip, barrel and liner. The gas regulator has an adapter fitting so it can connect to a CO2 tank as well as Argon or AR/CO mix. Also included is a Y fitting if you want to run two bottles to the machine, CO2 or the mix for steel, Argon for the Spool gun for welding aluminum. The machine shows some wear, some overspray on the cables, a ding here or there but it works as it should. It has the 10 ... morepin remote for the spool gun and a 14 pin remote also. We welded.035 with the M25 gun and it laid down nice beads with no hesitation of the wire. The 30A gun works as it should, wire adjusts fast to slow, good strong feed and no gas leaks. LINCOLN SP175 PLUS SINGLE PHASE 220 MIG WELDER 15 FOOT GUN
This is a Lincoln SP175 Plus MIG Welder. Operates on 220 single phase power. Output is 130 amps rated with a range of 25-175 amps. Comes with a new 15 foot Magnum Gun. Gas regulator with hose and ground cable. We put down some beads with 030 wire and 75/25 gas and it welded real nice. The place I got it from told me there was damage to the sheet metal and they replaced some of it so the serial number wasn't transferred. I can't find a number on it but you can tell some sheet metal is newer. It did not affect the operation of the machine at all. It works really well and looks good. Will run wire with gas or fluxcor.023-0.035. I will ship UPS oversize or you can pick it up here. If you pick it up you can try it out and if it doesn't work like I say you don't have to take it.
