This is a Miller Xmt 350. Multiprocess welder can do Stick MIG TIG with the proper accessories. This auction is for just the machine. Clean repaint that looks good and works good. The only cosmetic defect is a burn or slash in the face below the meters. It doesn't affect the reading of the meters or proccess tags. It is superficial. The machine welds very good. We tested this using 220 single phase power and produced nice welds. As you would expect from this. There is about 6 feet of 4 wire power lead connected to the machine. Use all 4 for 3 phase and black white and green for single phase. It has autoline so it senses the power coming in and automatically compensates for it. This is a Miller CP 250 TS MIG Welder with a Miller 10A wire feeder. It has a Tweco 20 foot gun and about 12 feet of cables from the feeder to the machine so you can set the wire feeder up to 12 feet from the machine and with the extra long gun weld up to 30 feet away from the power source. Also comes with the gas regulator and hose and ground cable. Input is 220/440 3 phase. Output is 250 amps 100% duty cycle. It is an older machine so it has all copper coils and it welds really nice. If you have 3 phase power in your shop you can't beat these machines for mig welding. They don't overheat and you can get a really nice weld all day long if need be. They are also rugged and reliable. Came out of a truck repair shop so it wasn't used daily, just as needed for repairs. This sets on a Miller cart with shelf for gas bottles in the ... moreback. The setup comes with an S-64 wire feeder in excellent condition. The feeder has the trigger lock option that allows the operator to toggle the the wire feed on and off instead of holding the trigger in to weld. My personal welder. No problems. Missing nozzle that is a consumable that is not expensive. Can use with flux wire now or add gas hose, gauges for shielding gas(this is how I have always used it. I just had to use this part with my new(I have had for a couple years) welder. Gun works fine, really everything does. I just went to the unit you could use co2 with for work around my farm. I am not a pro welder at all(pictures of my crappy welds available for proof! Ha) But the miller is a great machine. I have stepped over this in my garage for the last time! Welders are very heavy(if they are any good) I don't know if shipping this is feasible but you can pick it up in the great town of Altavista. Va. So pickup after PayPal payment is made. Lincoln Magnum 400 MIG Gun Aluminum Fits LN-25 LN-8 LN-9 (Miller Tweco wAdapter)
This mig gun has had less than one spool of aluminum run through it. Also included are some of the parts for running aluminum in a Lincoln LN-25. It is the shorter length hose so that aluminum can be run through without as much risk of it snarling up. Other wire can be run through it. But we only used it for aluminum. If you look on Lincoln's site. The Magnum 400 can work on Lincoln Tweco and Miller, but you need an adapter. The adapter attached works for the LN-25, LN-8 and LN-9.
