A must have for installing Hi-Loks in aircraft assembly. This is a 3/8 drive ratchet made by Hi-Shear Corp. It is in used condition but functions just fine! It does have my name engraved in it very lightly. It was done with a cheap electric pencil to deter thieves. Because all tools must be accounted for at completion of a job. These were prevalent from before WWI to at least the 1950s. It is functional and complete EXCEPT it doesn't have the drive motor. A 7.5 to10-horse electric motor would be commonly mounted on it.
