Powermatic Model 87 Vertical Metal Band Saw 20" Throat With Band Grinder Welder
Heavy- local pickup only. In Carlstadt(East Rutherford) NJ 07072. Right around corner from MetLife Stadium. Facility has loading dock. But buyer will be responsible to move saw to dock and load into truck. It is very large and very heavy. Bring help and equipment to move this. It was working properly until taken out of service a few years ago. Motor turns on and sounds good. Blade grinder spins. Didn't test welder. No blade installed. But includes several spools of new blades. I can't get to back to see motor rating. Other equipment in this shop is 3 phase power so I would assume this is as well. But not sure. You can examine saw prior to auction end by messaging me. Pickup is between 9am to 4pm Monday- Friday.

Auction is for one knife setting gage. This is the one that I used for a few years on my 16" jointer. I think that it is a Powermatic brand gage as its green color matches our older Powermatic planer and it is in excellent used condition. With this gage and properly sharpened knives I can set the knifes on our 4-knife cutter head to within 1/1000" in less than 30 minutes(the key is properly sharpened knives) The dial indicator is a precision Yuasa brand and is in perfect condition. The indicator has a threaded end and may be adjusted up or down in the base with ease. Anyway. If you have a jointer and want to set knives to thousands of an inch accuracy then this one is for you. Powermatic Planer Cutterhead Jointing Attachment
Lightly used knife jointing attachment for a Powermatic planer. No issues or problems. USA made when Powermatic painted their machinery green. This would fit most. But please check your application. Grinding the knives in the head is important. But then jointing after grinding brings them all into the same cutting arc and will allow you to sharpen up a few times between grinding quickly and easily.
