It is hard to see in the photos but there are a few pits in the chrome and scratches and scuffs. The toaster looks used but still looks nice. When I tested the toaster it lowers the bread and toasts it(nice and hot) but it is not popping back up automatically. I was able to make toast without burning it by pushing the button while keeping an eye on it. I know nothing about toasters so I have no idea what is wrong. It is being sold as found and needs to be cleaned. Especially inside. The bakelite handles and knob are in excellent condition. The cord is original and looks great as well. An extra set of professionally sharpened blades and the original instructions are included(not shown in photo's) It is sitting on a wheeled stand that can been seen in one of the pictures. Up for sale is a Powermatic 90 lathe. This is the model lathe they used in high school. This lathe was made in USA in 1980 and bought by a homeowner hobbyist. The ways go all the way to the head stock. There is no gap. This runs on 220 and is single phase. I converted this into a 20 1/2" swing.It has a NEW tail stock and banjo from a Powermatic 3520b. I had a riser block made up in a machine shop to bring up the head stock to match the tail stocks height perfectly. This upgrade cost about $1600. I purchased this set when I was using a Delta lathe(gone but not forgotten) I drilled a set of smaller holes in 2 of the faceplates but I think 3 are unused though they show handling marks/scratches on some. The hub came with a screw center that twisted off the first time I used it and the stub is still in the hole. I notice that the version now on the market from woodturnerscatalog does not include the screw. These faceplates are stamped“Read” who I believe developed the system back in the last century. I talked to Mr Read after I purchased the set because I thought the holes were oversized for the diameter of the faceplate but he maintained these faceplates(because they are steel) could be used on very heavy turnings that need large screws/lags for safe turning. One Powermatic 90 Tailstock. This was more or less together and I took it apart. The shaft that holds the workpiece was out-rusted and would not slip smoothly back into the tail. So I took the whole thing apart to see if anything was missing. It all looks complete to me. A little clean up and you should have a working part. I noticed that the wheel/handle was wobbly even when it was attached. It took a pipe wrench to loosen the nut that held the screw. So.you have pipe wrench marks on that nut. A missing key for the keyway for the handle and no mounting plate. Unfortunately this will not fit into a large flat rate box. So shipping charges are going to be painful.
