Available is a complete good used Pexto Shear. Works great for thin metals like 18 gauge. The tag on the machine says 16 gauge. Nice clean machine. Both edges on the shear heads are real nice and sharp. Model number is 255E; sr# is 3757. The motor is 1/2 hp SINGLE PHASE so you can run it on regular house current 120 volt. The depth is about 19" Prefer the item be picked up here at our location, central Pa. 17842 and can be paid for when picked up. This is an old Pexto brand rotary machine. This doesn't say Pexto on it anywhere but it does say PS&W short for Peck Stow& Wilcox. That makes me think its probably a fairly old machine. Vintage tube rolling machine for sheetmetal work or HVAC Pexto Roper Whitney
This is an old tool that came with a bunch of sheet metal equipment I bought several year ago. There is no brand name on it anywhere. I believe its for rolling light gauge tubing, I used it to roll some stainless gutter nail tubes. There is a 1/2" rod with a slit in it that rides in hole in the casting, the main casting is 40" long. It could be for some other purpose altogether. Up for bid is a set of shear blades for a 52" Tennsmith. I am fairly certain they are for a Tennsmith. But was told that they could fit other 52" shears. They are freshly reground and ready to install. Please make sure these are what you need before bidding(exact measurements, hole spacing) Please ask any questions you might have. I mainly use Fed Ex even though the calculator shows it as UPS. The price will remain the same. I get far better service from them than UPS. Check out my! The measurements for the top blade are: 53 3/8" x 1 13/16" x 7/16" The running dimensions for the hole spacing are: 1 13/16" 8 1/16" 14 5/16" 20 9/16" 26 13/16" 33 1/16" 39 1/16" 45 9/16" 51 13/16. Not sure what this block plane would be used for. But based on the angle of the blade and the fact that there are 2 blades together I would guess end grain. In decent shape, but there is some rust. I don't believe it would be that hard to clean it up. Sold as-is. Base is 13 1/2 x 2 1/2. inches. Thanks for looking!

Up for your consideration is this vintage/antique AYDES debarking hook. The"blade" is marke"PEXTO" and the wooden handle is stamped with something but I can't quite make it out. This is used for debarking logs. But it reminds me of a shorter version of the Grimm Reapers hook. The wood shows some age. measures approx. 38 1/2" long. When I lay a straight edge across it the center is just about 1/2" higher then the ends. I believe this could be pulled back into place with the two 1/2" center bolts cinched down to a strong support table/bench. I have had a number of these plates to sell and never seen a warped one. Have no idea how it got that way. We ship to the USA only. Not because we don't like our neighbors but because it costs too much to do business with them. Vintage PEXTO Stake Plate Stand Anvil Mandrel Tinsmith Blacksmith Machinist LOOK
Here is a very nice vintage Pexto stake plate on factory stand. And the tools that go with it. This came out of a small school locally that is shutting down the industrial arts programs. This Pexto set up has not been used in the last 20 plus years? This set up was sitting in the Wood shop class room. It was never outside always heated room. I wiped off the saw dust. And wiped on light coat of WD40. The stake plate is marked with a P in a diamond on the under side. It has no cracks or chips, it still has the machining marks on face plate. The stakes are all like new. And were lightly used not abused, all are marked but one, the n umbers of stakes and tools is 14. I only know the names of a few, 2 is small seaming set punch. 953 small straight stake or cutter#932 Cow tounge shaper? 935 straight shaper#971 is 29" long. 927 is 20" ... morelong. The unmarked Seamer stake has round movable die with 3 grooves of different widths. And is 19" long, 4 brass allen set screws#957 smallest beak horn stake is 20" long. 956 Beakhorn is 30 1/4" 925 Blowhorn is 29" long. 921 Seamer with oval ends is 32" long. 901 Giant Beakhorn is 41" long. Large Number one shaped Stake mandrel was lying on the floor. It is marked with#2 on the end, I can make out P.S. W. Co. Cleveland OH, it is very lightly pitted and has some paint on it, it is 32" long in excellent shape. Lastly the huge tinsnips or shears are 30+" long and have green with orange and blue paint coating it. Came with the set so I should be Pexto? THIS WILL BE LOCAL PICK UP AUCTION.
