I dont know much about welders, and correct me if I am wrong, But from research I assume this item is to be used in conjunction with an existing arc welder and flux core wire so you dont need an inert gas tank. It is complete as you see it, and it has seen some use judging from the spatter on the side with the gauges, but it is obvious it has been sitting for some time and could use a good cleaning, at least. On the plus side it looks as if it was not exposed to the elements, and sat in a garage. There is half a spool of wire left inside. Selling it as is as I have no way to test it.
