But seem to be in great condition. Underneath the housing is a system that allows for weights so you can adjust your buoyancy the way you want to. With today's digital editing. Yo can just stick any camera inside of this housing and record you entire dive then easily edit it on your computer. No need to spend thousands of dollars on a specialized housing. Comes with manual and built in magnifier so you can see what you are shooting. This was made for the Sony TR-81 but can be easily modified to fit other cameras. O-ring is present. But new one maybe recommended. System was not tested in water or with camera to see if controls are fully functional.

If you've ever priced these. You know they are always over $1,000, so here's the deal you've been looking for! Accugear Accutronic AVH-1 underwater camera housing in great condition. Zoom& record cables checked& working with my Sony Digital 8 Handycam camera(camera is pictured once, but it is not included in the auction) The Digital 8 camera fits in this unit and it's measurements are 9.5 inches long(with a little wide angle adapter on it) so it seems this model was made for the digital/high 8 cameras and probably works with a lot of the little HDV and little HD cameras. The unit seems tight. And although I have not water tested it, the gasket looks great and there are no signs of leaking. The unit looks lightly used and very well cared for. The inside diameter of the housing is 5.5 inches. There is a little diopter ... morein the inside back of the unit for"enlarging" the eyepiece picture for viewing in the portal, although it didn't seem to work too well with my eyepiece so I just tilted it out of the way and could see better straight into the eyepiece- although, still not a perfect view into the eyepiece, but I could make it work with my camera. Guessing anyone could make the same adjustments. There are spigots on top for an external light and a video out port, although I do have those parts and am guessing they are standard accessories.
