This plant intercom system was purchased in 2002 to be used as an audible alarm for an industrial facility.Only a few of the connections were used. The unit was in service for 11 months and the plant closed in 2003 and at that time the unit was decomissioned and placed in a pressurized electronic storage area. Atkinson Dynamics AD-27 Industrial Heavy Duty Wall Mount Intercom System & Wire
Both of these Atkinson Dynamics AD-27 Industrial Heavy Duty Wall Mount Intercoms work great and are clear when being talked through. They both receive and the they both transmit. I hooked these up in my office to my garage and they worked great. These are very loud intercoms and made for a large area. I could here these about an 1/8th of a mile away from my house when we were testing them. I am also including a partial spool of Beldon wire with them so when you get these you can easily hook them up and have them in use in a very short time. I am not sure how much wire is on the spool but there is at least 100 feet or more. They are both in very good cosmetic condition as well except for the tag on the front of one. Other than that they are not all beaten up. Please feel free to ask questions and thank you for looking.

Up for sale is an Atkinson Dynamics AD-27-C-M9 Industrial/ Marine Master Intercom. Running on 120V. If it wasn't for some scratches on the spade connectors. That look like the result of nuts being tightened against them, I would swear it was New Old Stock, it's that pretty! Since those scratches suggest that it's been hooked up(at least once, anyway) honesty compels me to list it as used. This is the"c" series version. Which means it is a master unit with speaker mode. In master mode the unit acts as a speaker and broadcasts audio signals generated elsewhere in the intercom system. Depressing the Talk switch turn the unit into a microphone and enables the user to broadcast to all other intercoms in the system. Releasing the switch returns the unit to Master mode. It's in beautiful condition. With no signs of having ... morebeen mounted. The only cosmetic flaw that I can find is some faint traces of Magic Marker. The model number includes"M9" at the end. After"27-C" I'm not sure what extra functionality M9 indicates: so, whatever it is, it's yours for no additional charge! Tested to power up and deliver a hum from the speaker. That cuts out when the talk button is pressed, but otherwise sold as-is, with no guarantee. This is the cheapest one on ebay- don't let it get away!
