Up for auction is a used Clear-Com MS-808 intercom main station. Overall. The unit is functioning as intended. All intercom controls work well; pots are clean; 15" gooseneck mic and speaker both work well(the gooseneck mic was glued into the station at some point, as shown) The unit is rackmountable. The 4-Channel control module has been tested with beltpacks and headsets. And functions as intended, though only three of the four bulbs lights up. The IFB module is untested. Telex BTR-800 UHF 2-Channel Wireless Intercom RTS Clear Com Needs Repair
This is a used Telex BTR-800 Wireless Base Station. It is capable of supporting 4 2-Channel belt packs in full duplex mode or many more in half duplex. This unit transmits and receives perfectly. The only problem is with the 2-wire(RTS. Clear-Com and Telex) interface. For some reason, audio is not passing out of those XLRs. The 4-Wire connections work fine. This unit was connected to a matrix system for the last few years and had no issues with those connections. On the rare occasion that I needed to hook it directly to a RTS/Clear-Com system, I would run it through an interface(SSA-324 or TW-12B) and it worked great. So that is an option.
