Vintage Ansonia Sonia 1 water level mantel clock
This vintage Ansonia Sonia 1 mantel clock is fresh from an estate. The clock has a nice finish. It appears to me as though it may have been redone sometime in the past but it was pretty well done. On both the left and right of the dome there is a crack or hairline in the veneer that runs vertically across the veneer from the back toward the front. This can be seen in the third and forth pictures. The face looks good but does have some scratches around the key holes. I am not a clock person and have never tried the clock. The key is missing but the pendulum is inside the case. The clock will be bubble wrapped. Double boxed and packed in peanuts for safe delivery.

Up for auction is a vintage float switch flanged to mount on top of closed container or tank. Switch closes with rise in level making it single pole. 8” long down rod is made of brass(electrically common with one connector tab at terminal) Float appears to be PVC. Detachable connector is poly with gasket, would be waterproof if used with the right wire cable. There are no identifying words or part number, this could have been made by Gem Switch. They were infamous for doing that years ago, however they made and still make great products. Rexroth rings a bell too. There is adjustability of the snap rings that might provide yet another contact closure, connector has four tabs. There are no duty ratings for this switch, sold as is and as used due to age.
