This is an analog. Or dial indicating, manometer. The indication scale is from Zero(0) inches of water to one-quarter(0.25) inches of water. I used this manometer to measure the air flow efficiency through intake air filtering systems for AM and FM transmitters. When the dial indication began to reach to the upper scale, it was time to take out the air filter inserts for cleaning or replacement as needed. This manometer must be mounted vertically and I would recommend using a spirit level to make sure. Too. The sensor tubing can be either thin wall rubber tubing or natural rubber tubing. I inserted a short section of aluminum tubing into each end of the High and Low pressure sample rubber tubes to prevent the rubber tubing from being squeezed or pinched, thus allowing accurate sampling.
