That's going to be tricky if you have to get a genuine water-proof connection there. If you tweaked the threads back out a little bit, then used a plastic threaded connector, you could probably get it to bite. Everything you see pictured is included. No factory box. I have never seen one before and don't know anything about one so if you have any questions please ask. It does look like it may be used or just setting and got wet. It does still have plugs in it one is steel and the other is plastic. And I tried to show in the pictures one of the pins holding the name tag on is rusty and got the rust color on the blue paint. And on the last picture I tried to show where the blue paint is flacking off. of that one corner. Other than that it looks clean. And the stainless looks untouched.
