I don't know anything about this kind ... moreof equipment or what is really used for, however this piece looks exceptionally clean for its age. I am assuming that it works because it has been sitting in this case for years. It does come with its original case, instruction manual and chuck. Also inside was a calibration file chart that looks as if it was last calibrated in 1971. It is very clean with no dents or severe tarnishing, however someone did etch a number into the blue part probably for indentification purposes. Also, the snap still works on the case to keep it locked in tight. It did come from a non-smoking environment and was currently stored in a moisture free environment. Waters Torque Watch Gauge This is a very nice vintage Torque Watch Gauge made by Waters Manufacturing. Inc. I don't know anything about this kind of equipment or what is really used for, however this piece looks exceptionally clean for its age. I am assuming that it works because it has been sitting in this case for years. It does come with its original case, instruction manual and chuck. Also inside was a calibration file chart that looks as if it was last calibrated in 1971. It is very clean with no dents or severe tarnishing, however someone did etch a number into the blue part probably for indentification purposes. Also, the snap still works on the case to keep it locked in tight. It did come from a non-smoking environment and was currently stored in a moisture free environment.
