Here is a Precision Height Gage made In POLAND by VIS. The Original Storage Box and attachments are included. The Gage is in excellent condition and was cared for. No rusting or pitting. Slides and adjusts smoothly. Reads in 1/1000" and.02' The previous owned etched his name on the slide and top of the Gage bar. These etchings do not effect the operation of the instrument. He also wrote his name on the inside of the storage box lid. The box is solid. Hinges are not sloppy and the sliding latches secure the lid as intended. The outside of the box lid is dirty, probably from shop storage. This instrument was obtained as part of a lot sale so I do not know it's history. There is one slot empty in the box.
