You are looking at a large. Old pressure gage with the name Perkins Holyoke drawn in artwork on the face of the gage. It goes from 0 to 200 psi with increments of one pound. It appears to work as the needle moves when I put pressurized air on the pipe fitting. However, I cannot guarantee that it is fully functional as I have no way to test accurately. USG 30PSI/ 200kPa gauges. Sold individually but I have 3. These are all very clean and were used in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment. They came from a lab and were used with CO2 as far as I know. Valves turn very easily and are very good quality. I'm not a 100% sure about this. But Im pretty sure they are back pressure regulator which controls inlet pressure, compared to a non back press which controls outlet pressure.
