On the inside. There is chipping on the paint. Needs to be cleaned this was in the machine shop for years. It is dirty and has machine shop residue on it. Here I have an unknown oil pressure dash gauge C700-120-03. It is in decent looking condition with just some black paint wear around the edge. It could use a cleaning on the inside of the glass but I didn't want to screw it up by attempting to open it. I found it in an estate and honestly know nothing about it but it had a nice look so thought it might be a good piece! It is 2" in diameter and 2" front to back of screw ends on the back.
