There are no cracks or chips that I see. They are marked to 12 oz. under the band but they're shorter and wider than a pop can so I think they may be larger. I don't really know my mason jars. I just thought these were amazing. It looks like the handles may be homemade. It's a wooden handle attached with what appears to be copper banding(I think it's copper due to the blue corrosion spots) and screws.
