ACU-RITE ACURITE III Digital Read Out DRO w/ 12" 18" Scales DRO functions as it should. It has white paint applied around push buttons- See photos 12" scale reads as it should on both X& Y channels. 18" scale is not working properly as it goes to error when traveling. Might be able to clean it up? I recently upgraded my Bridgeport Mill with a newer unit and this DRO was on it. The 12" scale reads good. The 18" scale goes to error when traveling. I swapped the scale channels and tested it to make sure the scale was the issue. It read fine with 12" scale on both channels. I did not try to clean up 18" scale to see if I could get it working. It honestly was too short of a scale for the mill as it has a 30" travel. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The membrane switch itself was not damaged and the keys are fully functional. see pics. This unit is preset for 2 um. scales. But can be set for other resolutions. The scale input is a 6-pin circular Cannon plug. For DIN connector scales, you will need adapters.
