I purchased this new to replace my aging Lanier transcriber in the last year I did dictation at home. It has not had heavy use as many of my docs began transitioning to digital dictation at that time. I am retired now and no longer need it. It is in good condition and has the power supply. Foot pedal and earphones with it as well.
