This is an adult size Medium River City rain jacket. I'm about 5'4. And it goes all the way down to the floor on me. It is a heavy duty jacket and does come with a detachable hood as well. I bought this for work a few years ago, and have used it maybe 3 times since then. It's in great shape and was very gently used when I did wear it.
