Graphic Resource rebuilt this 40" wide 50" diameter roll Butler splicer from the inside out and from top to bottom. We resurfaced all the rollers. Replaced all the rubber, replaced all the bearings, and rubber on cutting rollers as well as accelerator roller. Replaced the brakes with new brakes and drums, powder coated all the doors to new Goss colors with Red line like the new Goss equipment. We changed all the rollers and bearings on the festoons, upgraded hoist, and updated all the electronics on the Data mat. We also replaced all the Neumatics with new hoses, and gauges. The Scheffer Rotary Cutter was used for one year and during its installation it only ran just over 2 million impressions. I sold the equipment including the inline that is optional in 2008 for over 1.5 million. This is a great deal for someone with a 22.750" to 23" cutoffs. This will work great on any of those cutoffs and anything in between. If you are just doing chop cutting and dont need to take out a chip or bleed then it will work for many other cutoffs. The Scheffer Series III Rotary Cutter was used for one year and during its installation it only ran just over 2 million impressions.
