Up for bid is a Xante PlateMaker II This is a great machine. Comes with toner installed. Has lower feed tray or can be loaded manually from the front. Excellent used condition- Total page count is 13160 One thing to note is there is a pin through the front cover that holds one corner of the paper tray in place. Looks like the plastic rivet must have broke. But this holds it in place nicely. See pics 3& 4 I have tested it for basic functionality and everything appears to work fine. Only issue I had was that it was saying"printer open" at first. I opened and shut the toner compartment a few times then it went away. This printer needs a new fuser unit but other than that. It is in very good condition. We no longer use this unit to print out pages since everything has gone digital. I doubt this work horse has 250,000 copies off of it but can not tell since it fires up but reads fuser replacement.

It all runs very well. Included with this package is the Polyester Xante Platemaker 4 with included Postscript Level 3 built in. The plate easily fits the press and the color head. This is much less expensive to operate than an aluminum platemaker or with film. The platemaker also includes a small supply of plates: approximately 50. A plate punch is included too. The press will run at 10.000 sheets per hour. For longer runs you cannot beat an ABDick press on price per sheet or speed. It will print up to 12x18. The plates are 13x19.375. This offset press is made for production. Everything from labels to newsletters, envelopes and everything in between. ... moreIt also includes an extra set of blanket bars and an unused blanket.
