This is a round clothes rack. What I mean on HIGH/LOW is that where you hang the clothes on is 3 differents heights. If you look at the 1 picture you can see that there are holes where you can put it whatever height you want. The ring is divided into 3 parts so all 3 can put into differents heights if you want to.
