Saw, good battery, and case. the case is pretty rough with a missing latch and it won't close all the way with the battery in there, probably not a proper case for this model, but the drill and the charger both fit in there fine. Battery takes a full charge. Very little wear to the circular saw, typical wear to the drill I would say. Mostly just shows some soiling, it could clean up real nice as well if you were so inclined. The saw is already loaded with a blade, not sure how much use it has had, but looks like you can get it and go! I included supersize pics so you can get a real good look at everything. Up for sell is a very nice condition used Dewalt DW939 6-1/2" 18 volt circular saw. With one battery. No charger. Battery is dw9099, the battery is charged, I put on charger and it took a charge but I don't know how long it holds charge and can't guarantee it holds a charge for to long. I charged 2 days ago and it's still charged. The saw is very nice, looks like it wasn't used much,it has a few scuffs and scratches but nothing like a one that is used out on jobsite everyday.
