These neat old barn finds are in excellent condition and have been cleaned and rubbed with an all-natural beeswax to protect their beautiful old metal patina- making them ready for display anywhere. These old halters would have been fit over a calf's head like a muzzle and would poke and agitate the cow causing her not to give milk to her calf and teach it to eat grass and grain. The Halter portion is made of old chain and is fully adjustable; made to fit calves of different sizes. Used halters and lead ropes from 4-H cow/calf/cattle shows. This lot includes 5 lead ropes. Two leather halters with lead ropes included. I would call these"show halters" One is in good condition. The other is in fair to good condition, some wear and weathering is visible on them. There are seven other halters see pictures and ask any questions you have before bidding. I am willing to take more pictures or measure for sizes if you are interested please ask. The level in the picture is a 4 foot level I laid there so you can estimate size.
