Handmade/Painted Blue and Purple Kitty with Mexican patterns wood carved.
Unfortunately I do not have details on this little fella. But he IS adorable and all hand made(and carved out of wood, I believe) In reality he is about 4" long. 2.5" wide and his tail sticks up to 5" from his feet. There are no markings, labels or printing on him, but he seems Mexican to me, but that is just my best guess. He's been well cared for and in excellent shape. But I'm downsizing and there is no longer room for him.

These are two really neat wood gear patterns made as original molds for a foundry to make cast iron castings. They are made from mahogany wood. One is 8 3/4" in diameter. Approx depth 4" The other has 6" diameter and is 4 3/4" deep. These have wax fillet. The wax has dried in places and is sperating, not a big deal. One chip on one gear tooth. Rare Vintage Wood Patterns Sprocket and roung blank
These were wood patterns of a sprocket and uncertain what the other pattern was for. Casting were made from these patterns. The round pattern has a broken part of the rear. These came from the Leutwiler Machine Shop in Highland Ill. They worked on old steam engines. These pieces were early 1900 or pre 1900.Thanks for looking

There are directions for painting on both metal and wood as well as for restoring existing items. This is a great basic book to start painting or stenciling in Early American style. It was published during the resurgence of the style in the 1950's.

Very nice vintage Color Cubes Mosaic Design Piece. This is from 1991 with 16 one inch cubes. Each with various color combinations. The base is wood which is in very good condition with no scratches or dents. Top is heavy cardboard and is in very good condition which is still bright and shinny. Top lid has patterns on top and underside of lid. Blocks are in good condition with some having minor scratches and or chips, but not so much to take away from making vibrant patterns.
