Riser Bond model 1550 time domain reflectometer(TDR) is used to accurately locate the distance to a fault(short or break in cable) The maximum range is 9.800 ft. The specified accuracy is +/1% of the range(see below) This unit is very clean, and it operates perfectly. As you can see from the attached photo. There are no scratches, cracks or other defects in the display screen. The case has a small scuff mark on the back that you should be able to remove with some solvent. The case has no cracks, chips or damage. The unit is ready for use. Other than buying a new unit(approx $1300) I don't think you can find one in better condition than this. The meter comes with the original cables with clips(perfect condition) and the original instruction manual. I include 6 new AA batteries.
