Up for sale is a gently used Fluke Networks DTX-1800. I purchased this in May of 2012 and used it to certify around 700 links across 4 hotels that I work for. I have followed a strict ritual for the handling of this unit including; automatic shotgun privileges. Never left in vehicle, always keep natural curve in PLAs, always store PLAs with protective boots, etc. Basically I treated it like a new born baby. Most of the time I just walked back and forth to move the remote since I walk fast and would only allow select people to handle the remote end. If you ask me, the case is too large for the OTDR but this is what it came in: I used this OTDR on one project and had not problems with it. the DTX 1800 is a great product for an all in one tester.
