I did not attempt any extensive charging. So I am unsure if they hold a charge. The cable certifier itself powers up with no problems through the included power cable attached to the charger. The batteries however may need to be restored or replaced. The units are in good cosmetic condition. Not brand new looking. But do not appear to heavily used(minimal scratches or scuffs) I am including detailed high definition photos at the bottom of this page to accurately show the condition of the different components.
