powers on. And I see all the stuff. all the options it can do for a cable tech. I am a former tech myself, but i didnt use this type. So I can say it works fine, but I personally dont know how to use the various readings it gives. I dont have the adaptor. So by the time you get it, you will likely need to charge it. they are online for about 45 dollars. THis pic shows it lit up, and the images dont show very well at all on the pic, because the battery is getting low. So you will need that for sure. If you get this, you might as well buy the cable as well, unless you have one.
