It is used, but in excellent condition. It is a unit of older design, as it also includes coax cable testing. Features include testing of cable length, near end crosstalk, attenuation, wire mapping and traffic monitoring. The NETCat operates on two 9 volt batteries and the remote on one 9 volt battery.
