Made by Western Electric(it doesn't say"Western Electric" on the unit, but they are ... morethe only ones who made these. Color blue, actually used by a lineman on the job, with rotary dial. Probably from the late 60s or 1970s. Unit is in good shape. It was used by an actual lineman so it has some cosmetic wear from being knocked around. Dial turns fine. Switch on side goes back and forth. Alligator clips are still attached and tight. Has lanyard to attach unit to your belt. I don't have any way of testing it, so it is sold as-is.
