And was anxious to order some Howard Johnson's takeout. Boy, was I disappointed. This instrument powers up nicely, and all functions respond to the switches. I tested the voltage output, and it jibed with my multimeter. Unfortunately, my DMM doesn't do mV or mA, so I couldn't test those functions. I don't have the charger or test probes for this unit.
