Sausage Linker TY-90ACL-1H
Up for auction is a sausage. Frankfurters, hot dog linking machine. This machine is made by TY Linker, the model appears to be TY-90ACL-1H as the information plate has fallen off. It has been in storage for many years, I recently plugged it it and it runs like it should. Since it has been in storage it should be serviced e.g. lubricated, etc. The black belts seem to have dried a bit which can easily be replaced. See pictures for additional information on the linker. The canvas chest strap is marked, U.S. I don't know if it's military or comes from another agency. It's made of stainless steel with a tab-maile construction. Perhaps the most protective"chain mail" of all. It's super tough and super strong. Straps around the neck and at the waist. The straps are made of heavy-weight canvas and are adjustable. This is a shorter apron- some of them go down around the thighs and strap to the legs- this one does not. It does fall just above the knee though depending on how tall you are and how you adjust it. Butcher Meat Hook & Pulley for Trolley Rail Rust Showing but Functioning
I don't know how to measure the hook but the whole thing measures 18 inches from top to bottom. The actual hook measures 10 inches from the top of the hook to the tip of the hook. Pulley turns easily. All of my items are from a pet and smoke friendly home. Please do not bid if that is a problem for you. I ship to lower 48 and use USPS only. Keebler commercial vacuum mixer sausage etc, stainless hopper
From a university surplus sale. A KEEBLER vacuum mixer. This was from the ag department- something to do with their cattle program. I assume they were using it for some sort of meat testing or something. Motor and vacuum pump both work fine. The hopper also tips over, to dump it out- it's very clean inside; they kept good care of it. I'd guess it holds maybe 20 gallons or so. Power is 3-phase, 240/480v. Only 3/4 hp, but it runs thorugh a reducer, with chain and sprocket drive, so that's plenty. Since it's such a small hp motor, I'd guess you could replace it with your own single phase if you were so inclined. The blades turn relatively slowly- it's not a blender, just a mixer. The chamber does pull vacuum, I don't know what units the gauge uses- I ran it up to'8' and then stopped. I didn't wait to see ... morewhat max vacuum was, just long enough to see it worked. It has a tapered valve on top so control the amount of pressure. There is a motorized Gast lubricator on top of the vacuum pump, and that lubricator is out of oil, so you'll probably want to add oil before running this thing for a long time. It will ship freight. Crated. I should probably be able to send it to any continental US buisness address for NO MORE THAN $500.
