This auction is for a vintage PRECISION APPARATUS Co of Elmhurst NY USA oscillograph/oscilloscope. It is model ES-500 I may have been made in the 1950s. It is in excellent cosmetic condition and I will check out the functions shortly. It it is a larger unit 19x9x15" and rather heavy unit about 38 lbs. It has black crinkle paint that is in very nice condition with a leather lift handle. It has a 5" CRT and has a nice bright trace.All the knobs are in great shope with 4 chicken head and others. And it comes with a Tektronix PM 6117 probe which range is 200 MHz. In digital mode various time/ frequency. Voltage measurements are available through the front panel keys operation. It has(4) 2 prong power plugs(3 female and 1 male) As well as a probe plug, a position range adjust plug and a vertical position knob. Also has a bottom shelf. It’s serial number is#000164. Wheels roll nice and its condition is used with scratches from use and has“NJ” written on the top with magic marker. I don’t have expertise in oscilloscopes. So I have no way of testing the plugs and knobs on this unit. It previously held a model 581 oscilloscope which I also have listed this week, so check out my other listings. Local pickup ONLY.
