Process Flow meter for liquid. Stainless steel. This flow meter was part of a wafer processing machines cooling system. It had an inert heat transfer liquid(florinert) flowing through it. It is clean and has no corrosion, or other fouling. The stainless steel nipples are 3/4" and are threaded in with a leak preventative sealer, I elected to leave them in rather than risk putting tool marks on the flow meter. Mfg: Tokyo Keiso.
