Optrel OS Evolution Auto Darkening Welding Helmet *Used Cond. Needs Repair*
This auction is for my Optrel OSEvolution welding helmet. It is in good used condition cosmetically. But unfortunately it is not currently working. It had been working perfectly until the day it rolled off of my tailgate and onto a concrete floor, after which it would no longer auto-darken. All of the switches operate normally, and the lens is perfect, but it will not darken. I had a deadline on the job the day my Optrel quit working so I was forced to purchase a new helmet. I always thought I'd have this one repaired because it's a better helmet than my new one, but I simply don't weld often enough to justify spending more money on having this helmet repaired. Also included in this auction is a brand new outer lens(curved to fit helmet) The head band adjustment knob came loose and has tape over it to keep it in place(see photo) ... moreit still adjusts, just needs the tape to keep knob from popping off. If you have one of these helmets then you already know how good they are. This helmet would make an excellent spare parts helmet. Or send it out for repair and put it back into service. I am selling my 3M Speedglas 9000 utility model auto darkening welding helmet. Its been a great helmet but I just got a good deal on an X model so I took the opportunity to upgrade. I could not imagine going back to a non Speedglas helmet after using this helmet with my TIG welder. The helmet does not come with batteries. The winner of the auction will need to pick up two DL2082 batteries. The mask has some scuffs and scrapes, it is used, but the electronic lens is perfect not a blemish in it. The protective lenses have the usual wear for a used mask.

This auction is for a Kolbalt auto-darkening welding helmet. I purchased this for my ex-husband. Who completed a total of two days of his welding classes before dropping out. I do not believe this was ever actually used for welding. But it does have some cosmetic wear(see second picture) The outer lens cover is also scratched, but I have been told that this is cheaply and easily replaceable. I assume the wear and tear resulted from him carrying it around in his backpack or the trunk of his car. I do have the original packaging. I'm selling my Jackson Nexgen EQC 3N1 Auto darkening welding helmet. Jackson is one of the top brands as far as welding helmets go. I purchased it brand new 6 months or so ago for about 250 dollars. This helmet works perfectly. Only a few cosmetic defects(see pictures) Only used for about 6 months. For mig and flux core welding mostly(which produces hot flying sparks,that explains the slight dings here and there on the shell) that in no way affects the operation of the lens. This lens has 3 modes, weld mode shades 9-13, torch cutting mode shade 5, and grind mode shade 3. Large viewing area. It also has the upgraded jackson 370 headgear for added comfort. MILLER ELITE SERIES WELDING HELMET WELD HOOD AUTO DARKENING
This is a used Miller Elite series welding helmet. I am not sure what the part number of this helmet is but it is NOT the digital series. I believe it is the previous model. The Helmet shell, head cushion, front lens cover, inner lens cover, batteries are all BRAND NEW. The actual lens that darkens is about the only item that is use with this helmet along with the the grey head gear frame. The Darkening lens has a small spot in the bottom right corner where it doesn't work for some reason. as shown in the pictures) It was never dropped or anything but its just that corner and its smaller than a penny in size. Other than that spot the lens works perfectly fine and has no issues. The lat time I had this auction running someone did a buy it now and never paid for it. So now I am relisting it.
