Listed for your consideration is a vintage cast iron or steel banding tool or strapping machine. There are no markings of any kind to indicate manufacturer or country of origin. It is very well made and operates smoothly. It most closely resembles an YBICO machine. The knurled wheel is 1/2" wide and it looks like it could pull material up to 3/4" based on the width of the opening. It has a bronze bushing with a thumb ratchet release. The overall length is right at 14" with handle down. The base is 8 1/2" long and 3 7/16" at its widest point. This appears to be a high quality piece that shows very little wear should last you a long time. I do my best to ensure the descriptions of the items I'm selling are accurate. B2A0 Bander banding tool vintage strapping C1204C Acme?
This is a quality tool that is in excellent working condition. I don't have the banding material to test it. But the gears click through with precision and little wear is evident. It is stamped with OIL and the serial number 13863 on one side, and has C1204C stamped into the cast iron on the other side. The remains of a sticker on the side has B2 visible, as well as an M I think could have been from an ACME label. From other pictures I suspect it may be an Acme tool, but there is no stamping stating this on the tool. It appears to be old and quality built. I came across it with another tool stamped B2A0, and they have identical construction and design, but I don't know anything about it's history. I would be happy to accept a return if it does not meet your expectations.

Signode Model LT hand strapping tool & C-1223 1/2" bander w/ box & instructions
Nice lightly used set of Signode brand strapping tools. Includes Model LT Tensioner for use with 1/2" 3/4" strapping. And Model C-1223 Manual Crimper for use with 1/2" seals. We bought these new from Grainger several years ago and only used them on average 3-5 times a year. The parts numbers from Grainger are Tensioner 5A429, and Crimper 5A421. This same crimper is still available new for $311.00. The Tensioner is currently not available from Grainger. Both tools are in very good and proper working condition with just light wear and no damage. Also includes both of the original boxes with original instructions for each. Thanks for looking.
