Purchased by a institution that bought them on the advice of the project manager but they would make the turn in the hallway to gain entrance into the gyms. Changed fluids, filter, installed new batteries, updated the leveling module to the new style and have ordered the updated boom down limit switch that has a service bulletin out on it. Pro Mark 40 ft. Work Height Towable Boom Lift Honda Engine NO Reserve!
We purchased this towable boom lift a few years back to repair building and parking lot lights at our apartments. We expanded and ended up getting a bucket truck so do not use this anymore. It starts and runs fine and works fairly well. We were testing it out and noticed that one of the hydraulic levers at the bucket will not lower one of the arms. There are cables that run from the levers to the ground controls so maybe it needs to be adjusted or replaced? We had to use the manual relief valve to lower it from the bucket. There is a set of controls that operate fine from the ground. Not sure but either way this will be a great deal for someone because we are selling it at NO RESERVE! The make is Promark and the model is PAL 40. The platform height is 35 feet and the working height is 40 feet. The Bucket capacity is 300 pounds and the system ... morepressure is 1800 PSI. The unit is not insulated. We replaced the Honda Motor(20.0 V Twin) on it since we have had it and is was not used much at all after motor replacement. Also the battery is fairly new. The outriggers are manually operated. The tires are in good condition. The hand brake on the bucket will not hold real tight and could use adjustment or repair. One of the tail light covers is busted and I am not sure if the tail light wiring is working well. We will have the lights working properly before lift is picked up for someone to transport it home. The paint is not in the best condition. Some rust and one of the fenders is bent some. There are scratches and some dings and dents overall since it is an older used lift. The basket can be operated from the ground or the basket(see info above re faulty cable? Please feel free to inspect it on our yard in Jonesboro, GA. LAST SPRING I REPLACED THE HONDA ENGINE WHICH WENT OUT WITH A NEW 16 H/P CARROLL STREAM ENGINE. SPECS OF THE CARROLL ENGINE ARE VERY SIMILAR TO HONDA. CARROLL STREAM MAKES A FINE GAS MOTOR! NEW ENGINE HAS LESS THAN 30 HOURS ON IT! ALL HYDRAULIC HOSES ARE ALL IN GOOD SHAPE. 2 ARE NEW! BOTH CYLINDERS WHERE RE-PACKED LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. THE TIRES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. 2002 USA-LIFT Model T43/13 Towable Boom Lift, Very Low Hrs, NO RESERVE!
Up for auction is a 2002 USA Aerial Lift model number 43/13 w/ low hours. The platform height is 36.4' and the working height is 42.66' Side reach is 16.83' Travel height is only 9.38' The bucket capacity is 300lbs. And the working pressure is 2360psi. Hydraulic pump flow is 2GPM. It will spin 360 degrees continuously. It has hydraulic and air tool power fittings in the bucket. It also has a 110V AC plug on ground and in the bucket for a grinder,sander or whatever. You can run anything from a paint sprayer, to a hydraulic chainsaw. Platform leveling is fully automatic by aircraft cable and chain parallelogram system. Outriggers are manually set. There is a manual pump to get the bucket on the ground safely in case of failure. Safety valves included in the hydraulic cylinders locks the system in case of hose damage or any hydraulic ... moresystem failure. It has a Honda 5.5HP gas engine that starts on 1st pull and runs flawlessly. The on off buttons in the bucket do not work so the unit will not shut off from up in the air, but could be repaired if needed. The electric start doesn't work but we think its a solinoid because its a simple system. All controls in bucket and on ground work perfectly. Very good tires. The hand brake needs adjustment. All lights work as they should. 2 rear lens in rear are cracked. There is some minor surface rust and the paint is faded, but the body is perfect with no dings or dents. Axle bearings look good and are packed with grease. I have confidence to tow this unit any distance. Hoses and all cylinders work perfectly with no leaks! READY TO WORK. This unit is NOT INSULATED! UNIT IS SOLD AS IS. Lift was purchased new by previous owner for a small tree service business of 40yrs. I personally knew the owner. And he did most of the work on his own except for climbing the trees. Owner used this unit very little.
