Custom piston filler with 6 Filamatic National Instrument 130cc pistons
This is apparently a custom built piston filler. We purchased it used from Loeb Equipment around 2011. We now have a different machine and no longer need this one. It uses Filamatic/ National Instrument pistons. The machine will accept 8 pistons. But two of the shafts are bent. The shaft is probably a part that can be ordered from Filamatic, but I don't know that for sure. The machine comes with the six 130cc pistons which are currently mounted, as shown in the picture. The pistons are in good shape overall, but some may need to be reconditioned with new valve parts. They all either have the ball and weight or ball and spring type valve, but there may be a few where they are missing a weight or spring. As you can see in the pictures, the pistons are all the same size, but they do not have identical parts. The machine is chain-driven by ... morea 1/2 HP 90VDC 1750RPM TEFC Leeson Electric motor. The motor and the KBMD DC Motor Speed Control were bought new and installed when we bought the machine. An IDEC smart relay controls the system. Relying on switches keyed to the position of a shaft driven by the transmission. The machine is set up to be semi-automatic- push the button once and the machine goes through one cycle. If power is cut during a cycle, the machine will finish the cycle when power is applied and the button is pushed again. I recommend only purchasing this machine if you are comfortable working on equipment like this. This piston filler will be a great deal for someone experienced. But it will not be plug and play for someone not familiar with piston fillers. One great thing about this system is that although it appears to be custom built, all the piston-related parts are from Filamatic, so you should be able to get replacement parts for the valves and seals if necessary. The machine currently operates pretty well. But there is a noticeable hitch partway through the cycle, as you can see on the video. 3x Filamatic National Instrument FUS-130 pistons 130cc for piston filler
Up for sale are three Filamatic/ National Instrument FUS-130 pistons. These are designed to fill from 13cc to 130cc. I would rate these as fair condition. The components themselves are generally in good condition as they are practically indestructible. But there are a few issues: 1) The parts are not identical- they are mismatched. For example. Two have the suckback part but one does not, the nipples to attach the tubing do not all match, and the bearing sizes do not all match. 2) All three pistons have the appropriate number of balls. But only one has the springs that are needed for the valve to operate correctly. The buyer would need to obtain springs or weights from Filamatic or another source to make the valves work. 3) One piston is missing the bearing for the top assembly. So a bearing would need to be found to mount it to a filler. ... moreThe teflon seals appear to be in good condition. The rods are straight, and the cylinders themselves are in usable condition. These are definitely usable, but they are not plug and play- you will probably need to swap out some parts. For sale is a used World Cup Table Top semi Automatic filling and sealing machine with very light use. This machine has been tested and is in excellent condition. It was last filling a cup with a 107mm outside diameter at the top of the cup(not counting the lip) Change parts are available from World Cup for other sizes. This machine was built in 2003 and parts and sevice are available from World Cup. The cost of this machine was $27.000 new. The function is very easy. You set a cup in the holder and press the start button. The machine then automatically fills the cup and seals it with a die cut film. This machine will fill from 1 oz to 32 oz so its capable of a wide variety of sizes.

This is without a doubt the single most overbuilt piece of equipment we have ever owned. It was originally built for Kraft for use in a pilot plant to fill Chunky Peanut Butter in 1986(the glory days for Chunky Peanut Butter! The Hopper is Jacketed and agitated. There is a grate over the agitator as well as a hinged and locking(up and down for safety) lid. There are two cylinders, 32 and 12 oz. there is a positive shutoff valve. Unit is on wheels. Simplex Filler, Model A-S 1, bottle filler, can filler, jar filler
This is a used Simplex filler. Model A-S 1, serial# 2534 in good working order. It has a"U" shaped hopper which holds about 20 gallons. There is an agitator blade inside the hopper, but there is no connection to hook up to the gearbox, so the agitator is not operational. If you want to use this feature, you will have to get the extra parts and hook up the agitator at your expense. The piston and cylinder hold a maximum of 32 ounces. The nozzle is 3" long and 1/2" outside diameter. The hopper and all contact parts are stainless steel. Unit was made by Simplex Filler Company, in San Francisco, California, which is still in business selling machines and parts. The gearbox is new and the motor is 110 volts and has a 3 foot power cord. The pulleys on the motor and gearbox have stepped type pulleys, so by moving the belt to ... morea different step, you are able to vary the speed. The cart shown in the picture is not included. Six Filamatic National Instrument FUS-130 130cc pistons for piston filler
These pistons were used on a custom piston filler that ran eight of these at the same time. The pistons are in good shape overall. But some may need to be reconditioned with new valve parts. They all either have the ball and weight or ball and spring type valve, but there may be a few where they are missing a weight or spring. Those pistons would need to springs or weights installed to make them function properly. As you can see in the pictures. The pistons are all the same size, but they do not have identical parts. Three of them have a knob for suckback functionality, while the other three do not. All six pistons have top and bottom bearings, although they are not all exactly the same. All pistons have the teflon chevrons and appear to be straight. They all stroke in and out. Used FUS-130 pistons sell regularly for around $900 each. Cozzoli Dual Piston Filler Liquids NO RESERVE
NO RESERVE! For sale is a small tabletop Cozzoli liquid filler. We have never used it and actually acquired it from a company that was shut down but from what it looks like. It is a dual piston filler that takes liquid from the side tube and out of the two front tubes. Since we have not tested we are selling as is. Cozzoli still sells very similar fillers! There appears to be an air inlet as well as an electrical cord. I believe the unit is complete but again we have no knowledge of this filler or any similar ones so this is the best information I can give.
